Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
Delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing Time
   Orders are reviewed, approved, and packaged within 1–3 business days after being placed. The package is then prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Time
   UK: 5–10 business days
   Shipping is handled by DPD.

Please note: all delivery times exclude potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be longer.

 

What are the shipping costs?
Verrillo Fashion offers free premium shipping.
This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage during transit.

 

Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
